During the tooling design, we put our best knowledge and experience to optimize the robustness and tooling size optimization, considering the best cycle time.
We produce the checking fixtures to assurance before delivery the part fulfill with all dimensional requirements, guarantying the part quality before the tooling delivery.
We produce the robot hands, machines and and automation tooling for components assembly and welding.
In ours second stages provide the home line tryout services and support during the manufacturing set-up, we provide services for modifications and engineering changes if required.
